Physical Development

Particularly in the early years, brain and body development are critically linked. Young children learn about their world by feeling and moving their bodies through it. The more children move, the more they will feel comfortable in their bodies and in the world around them. Routine spatial and manipulative activities develop sensory integration, mathematical, linguistic and logical development.
